- These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
- Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, get in touch with us.
- The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer should be true, accurate, current, and complete in all respect.

Z&K rose 4 you LTD won’t be responsible for any damage, skin reaction or problem of any kind, caused by usage of the product, different than the one specified under the “how to use” tab and the label of the product.
ORDER INFORMATION
All communication from rosyrose.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order, please get in touch with us. Rosyrose.co.uk will not be responsible if you fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provided when you register.
The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the website by confirm at the end of the checkout process.
- We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from rosyrose.co.uk
- When your product is shipped from our warehouse, we or our delivery service will send you a dispatch confirmation email, that your order has been completed.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product error.
Sometimes orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
PAYMENT
We accept payment in GBP (£). We accept credit/debit card payments and PayPal.
We do not hold any credit/debit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider’s website. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
We do not sell products to children, if you are under 18 you may use rosyrose.co.uk, but all orders must be made by your parents or guardian.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms on Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refund request must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our website for any of the following reasons:
- Good is the wrong size.
- If you change your mind.
- Good does not much description.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any products that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.
The refund is within 3-5 working days and only if the packaging of the product is not damaged.

CANCELLATION
In case of wrong address or you want to change the delivery address, it is necessary to notify via e-mail by providing the exact address, name of the recipient and the number, and date of the order that has been made in order, to make the necessary change, which must happen within 1 hour of the request. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, can no longer be changed. You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the goods that occurs before they are returned to us.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When you purchase goods from our website, delivery will take place depending on delivery method selected. Please note that delivery time do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You are required to provide us with complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of recipient. We are not liable for delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
